My personal favorite Wham! song and (IMHO) one of the best synth pop bass lines EVER.
I've read all of the various forums - people don't seem to agree what it is. Some say Juno 60 because George was fond of those, some say Minimoog. Perhaps it's a combo of a couple synths.
Either way - I love the programming for this patch. It's so FAT and has so much depth. I turn it up to 11 EVERY time I hear it.
Just a killer combination of Fat tone and great bass line.
RIP George. Maybe you and Freddie can do a duet now...
